You walk up to the strange girl who was playing the flute in the village center. Thinking about that beautiful tune opens up an old memory and makes you think back to a song your mother would sing to you when you were a child. She said that she sang it when she was a teenager while courting your father. You don't remember anything else. The memory is instantly gone. You're suddenly shocked into realizing that the strange girl is talking to you.
?????: Hello? Can I help you?
LINK: ...
?????: What? Why am I acting so defensive?
LINK: ...
?????: You just have that look on you that says "Why is this Hylian girl dressed in the same clothes as me in the middle of a strange village full of non-Hylian people?"
LINK: ...
?????: It's very simple, I know they don't really recognize all that in Hyrule, what with you being a Knight there and all.
LINK: ...
?????: Don't look like that, I know you're a knight! You're wearing Hyrule's official clothing.
LINK: ...
?????: Yes, I'm a Knight as well, you haven't seen me though because I train in this village. My father is the Commander of the village. Commander Storus. Anyway, the town has been hurt. We're currently operating as a Hyrulian refugee camp, offering shelter to the creatures whose homes have been destroyed by Leech's war against Princess Zelda and Hyrule. I spend my spare time here, playing a song called the "Ballad of the Goddess". It's been passed down for years.
LINK: ...
?????: That's right! You're the Knight my father found alongside the Stream of Stix. You were unconscious for a long time, so it's great to see you've finally made it to the town.
LINK: ...
?????: You're right. We've gotten off on the wrong start. I'm Terra Fyrmi. I'll be your companion and guide here in Siftville. We can train together and everything!
